So. You all know how much I adored Love, In English by Karina Halle. I was so excited to hear that Atria Books has signed Karina Halle to a two-book deal for more contemporary romance! And WE get to vote on the title of the new book! How amazing is THAT? Read on for all the details!
Atria Books is thrilled to announce a two-book deal with USA Today bestselling author of the runaway hit, LOVE, IN ENGLISH, Karina Halle. The new books will both be contemporary romance standalones that deal with finding love while traveling abroad, just like LOVE, IN ENGLISH.
As Halle says, “the first book in the series is about Vera’s brother, the hot, tatted artist Josh, who falls for a mysterious girl who leads him on an adventure in New Zealand. The second book is about a girl who finds love on the steamy beaches of Brazil!” As with LOVE, IN ENGLISH, Halle will take readers on a turbulent, emotional and sexy journey in these new and exotic settings, with “flawed yet lovable characters.
Atria plans to release simultaneous e-book and trade paperbacksfor the first book in the Spring of 2015. Atria Editor Jhanteigh Kupihea says, “We’re so excited to welcome Karina to the Atria family. Her characters are refreshingly real, her settings beautifully observed, and her writing resonant and witty. We look forward to helping contemporary romance, new adult, and women’s fiction readers discover new stories by this remarkably gifted author.”
Pretty exciting, right? The only thing missing from this news, though, is the title of the first book. And for that, Karina needs YOUR help! Head on over to her website and vote for your favorite title by clicking here.
We can’t wait to see what you all choose!
