Is the love they always dreamed of enough?
Continuing the emotional journey of love and betrayal that began on a college campus in Searching for Moore and turned their worlds upside down in Moore to Lose, handsome, California entrepreneur Schooner Moore and sharp and sassy, New York advertising agency owner Mia Silver continue to be confronted with the harsh reality of the remnants from the lives they lived apart for 24 years.
Now, Schooner Moore and Mia Silver face the ultimate challenge - were they really meant to be together or will their pasts continue to tear them apart?
On the heels of the birth of their newborn son, Nathaniel, Schooner and Mia must decide if their love and loyalty to one another is strong enough to learn to grow together as a couple or if the life they always dreamed of sharing was better left as a teenage fantasy.
I had been hearing about this series since about 1973, it seems. Everyone and their one-eyed uncle had read and loved Searching For Moore by Julie Richman. I bought it, where it promptly began to gather cobwebs in the recesses of my Kindle.
Mistake.
When I signed on for this tour, I figured I better start reading this series. (Might be helpful huh?) I then proceeded to go on a Schooner & Mia binge. All three books in two days. I barely slept, I didn’t shower, and I regret nothing.
I loved Schooner and Mia’s story, an epic love that not even being apart for TWENTY FOUR years could destroy. They both lived separate lives, but never fully let go of the love of their life.
In Moore Than Forever, Julie Richman shows us the true depth of their love. HOWEVER, 24 years apart are sure to come with baggage and issues. Nothing is easy for this couple, but at the end of the day, they realize that being together is the only option for them. Therefore, they will work together to overcome whatever life throws at them.
They have SO much love, it’s spilling over to everyone they know, their new baby, their family, and new friends they meet along their way.
Julie Richman did an amazing job in tying up this series. I was incredibly touched when she even tied up pieces from Moore To Lose, and Schooner’s response to the tragedy Mia went through in that book was nothing short of moving. I got a little weepy.
When I finally finished this book, I was so warm and squishy, all I could do was sigh and smile. Schooner and Mia finally got the life that they deserved, the life that was taken from them so long ago. The message of true love in the book really touched my heart.
Although I feel like I could happily read about Schooner and Mia until the end of time, Richman wrapped everything up in such a way that I’m content with how everything ended. Well….except for that pain in the ass Zac….but something tells me we haven’t seen the last of him! 🙂

Meet Julie Richman
I must’ve been 5 or 6 when I started writing “stories”. I would write them and hide them. Not wanting anyone to see my “secret” thoughts. I needed to write -even back then. Now I’m just not hiding them anymore. Is that a sign of maturity? Nah ….
Writer, photographer, insatiable wanderluster, edge-player, foodie, music addict, pop culture fanatic, animal lover, warrior for the rights of people and planet, and avid cusser (am a Native New Yorker, so very little offends me … and if I am offended, it must be pretty freaking bad .. like bad grammar!).
I am big believer in signs and if we keep ourselves open, there are guideposts all along the way. Stay humble. Be true. Be you.
Life is not a dress rehearsal …
